Hamanaka's "Sonomono Royal Alpaca" is a natural medium-fine yarn that uses no dyes and makes use of the natural color of the raw wool.

The material used is the rare Royal Baby Alpaca, which can only be obtained from about 1% of an alpaca.

It has a moist, smooth feel and high moisture retention, making it gentle on the skin and resulting in a light knit fabric.
