[Important] What to do if you don't receive emails from the store

For customers who are not receiving emails from the store

Thank you for using Daikichi Handicraft Store. We sometimes receive inquiries about not receiving order confirmation emails or shipping notification emails. This page explains what to do if you do not receive emails.

Even if you don't receive an email, you can still check your order.

If you do not receive an email, please log in and check your order details.

By logging in to your account, you can always view the following information:

  • Order History
  • Order status (processing, shipped, etc.)
  • Shipping tracking number
  • Payment Status

1. Check your spam folder

It is possible that emails from our store have been sorted into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.

2. Please set up domain-specific reception.

In particular, if you are using a carrier email service (docomo, au, SoftBank, etc.), you may not be able to receive emails from our store due to security settings.

Please add the following domains to your allow list:

  • @shopifyemail.com
  • @shopify.com

3. We recommend using a free email address

Setting up a carrier email address can be complicated. We recommend using a free email address such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail. These email services allow you to receive emails from our store with a relatively high degree of reliability.

4. Be careful not to make any mistakes when entering your email address

It's possible that you entered the wrong email address when placing your order. Please pay particular attention to the following points:

  • Mistyping "." (dot) and "," (comma)
  • Spaces before and after "@"
  • Mistake between "_" (underscore) and "-" (hyphen)
